दोस्तों आज हम बात करने जा रहे हैं श्याम तुलसी के फायदे एवं उपयोग के बारे में। हिंदू धर्म में तुलसी का विशेष स्थान होता है। भारत में तुलसी को लोग अपने घरों एवं आँगन में लगाते हैं और उसकी पूजा करते हैं जिससे उनके घरों में सुख शांति आती है।

 सामान्यतः तुलसी के कई प्रकार होती हैं भारत में हर जगह आसानी से मिलने वाली तुलसी जिनमें से एक तुलसी राम तुलसी कहलाती है और दूसरी श्याम तुलसी। राम तुलसी की पत्तियाँ सामान्यतः हरे रंग की होती है जबकि श्याम तुलसी की पत्तियाँ गहरे हरे रंग हल्के काले रंग की होती है।

श्याम तुलसी की तुलना मे राम तुलसी मैं औषधीय गुण कम होते हैं। जबकि श्याम तुलसी मैं 25 से 30 बीमारियों को ठीक करने के औषधीय गुण होते हैं। इस तुलसी की यह विशेषता होती है की इसे आप साल में किसी भी महीने में एवं किसी भी मौसम में लगा सकते हैं इसलिए यह आपको आसानी से कहीं भी मिल जाती है।

आयुर्वेद में श्याम तुलसी को एक बहुत ही उपयोगी औषधि बताया गया है। श्याम तुलसी हमारे शरीर में रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाती है शरीर में उपस्थित सभी विषैले पदार्थों को नष्ट करती है इसके अतिरिक्त श्याम तुलसी में एंटी बैक्टीरियल गुण भी प्रचुर मात्रा में पाए जाते हैं इसी कारण श्याम तुलसी अन्य तुलसीयों की अपेक्षा अधिक उपयोगी एवं गुणकारी होती है।

 श्याम तुलसी के उपयोग :-

 वैसे तो श्याम तुलसी के बहुत से फायदे होते हैं जिनमें से कुछ फायदे निम्न प्रकार हैं।

किसी भी प्रकार का बुखार :-



श्याम तुलसी किसी भी प्रकार के बुखार को ठीक करने की छमता रखती है फिर चाहे वह वायरल बुखार हो या टाइफाइड का बुखार या फिर सर्दी जुखाम वाला बुखार हो इन सभी प्रकार के बुखार को आप श्याम तुलसी की सहायता से ठीक कर सकते हो इसके लिए आपको श्याम तुलसी के 15 से 20 पत्तों को तोड़कर उन पत्तों को पीसकर उनका रस निकाल लेना है। फिर उस रस को गर्म करके उसमें शहद मिला लेना है। यदि शहद न हो तो आप गुड़ का उपयोग भी कर सकते हो अब इस तैयार किए गए मिश्रण को आप मरीज को एक एक चम्मच सुबह दोपहर एवं शाम को पिलाएं तो आप किसी भी प्रकार के बुखार को ठीक कर सकते हैं। यह औषधि बिलकुल अंग्रेजी दवाई की तरह काम करती है।

सफेद पानी की समस्या :-

यह समस्या अधिकतर महिलाओं में पाई जाती है हमारी माता बहनें इस समस्या से बहुत परेशान रहती है। इस समस्या को हम श्याम तुलसी का उपयोग करके जड़ से समाप्त कर सकते हैं इसके लिए हमें श्याम तुलसी के 15 से 20 पत्ते को तोड़कर एक गिलास पानी में उबाल लेना है और जब तक पानी आधा ना रह जाए तब तक इसे आपको उबालना है। उसके बाद इस मिश्रण में आप गुड़ या शहद को मिलाकर इस काढ़े को आप चाय की तरह गर्म गर्म पी सकते हैं। जिन माताओं को यह समस्या बहुत पुरानी है उनको इस काढ़े के साथ मिश्री का उपयोग करना है जिससे उनकी यह समस्या जड़ से खत्म हो जाएगी

 मासिक धर्म पीरियड

महिलाओं में मासिक धर्म पीरियड के समय अधिक रक्त श्राव होने की समस्या होती है इस समस्या को आप ऊपर बताए गए श्याम तुलसी के काढ़े का सेवन करके लाभ ले सकते है और इस समस्‍या को  जड़ से समाप्त कर सकते हैं।

पेशाब करने में परेशानी :- 

 यह समस्या अधिकतर बुजुर्गों में पाई जाती है। उनको खुलकर पेशाब नहीं आती साथ ही बूंद बूंद करके पेशाब आती है। जिससे उन्हें बहुत समस्या होती है इस परेशानी को आप श्याम तुलसी के काढ़े का उपयोग करके ठीक कर सकते हैं।

 पेट में कीड़ों की समस्या :-

 यह समस्या अधिकतर बच्चों में पाई जाती है बच्चों के पेट में कई बार कीड़े पड़ जाते हैं जिसके कारण उन्हें बहुत परेशानी होती है उनको आप कितना ही अच्छा भोजन खिलाओ परन्तु उनके शरीर पर इसका कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता उनके द्वारा लिया गया भोजन उन कीड़ों जंतुओं के द्वारा खा लिया जाता है जिसकारण बच्चा कमजोर होने लगता है। यदि आपको इस प्रकार के लक्षण दिखाई दें तो आपको इस समस्या को दूर करने के लिए  श्याम तुलसी के काढ़े का उपयोग करें जिससे बच्चों के पेट में पल रहे कीड़े जड़ से समाप्त हो जाएंगे।

बालों की समस्या :-

 हमारे सिर के बालों में कई प्रकार की समस्या हो जाती है जैसे खुजली और रूसी इन को दूर करने के लिए आपको शाम तुलसी के पत्तों के रस को अपने सिर पर अच्छे से लगाना है और मसाज करना है।

इसके आधे घंटे बाद आपको सिर को अच्‍छे से धो लेना है। इस विधि के उपयोग से आपकी दोनों समस्याएँ पूर्ण रूप से ठीक हो जाएंगी। श्याम तुलसी बहुत ही उपयोगी और लाभकारी औषधि है इसका उपयोग कर लाभ उठाएं और दूसरों को भी बताएं।

Ram Tulsi has lesser medicinal properties as compared to Shyam Tulsi. While Shyam Tulsi has medicinal properties to cure 25 to 30 diseases. The specialty of this Tulsi is that it can be planted in any month of the year and in any season, so it is easily available anywhere.
  Shyam Tulsi has been described as a very useful medicine in Ayurveda. Shyam Tulsi increases immunity in our body, destroys all the toxic substances present in the body, in addition to this, anti-bacterial properties are also found in abundance in Shyam Tulsi, that is why Shyam Tulsi is more useful and effective than other Tulsi.
  Uses of Shyam Tulsi:-

  Any type of fever :-
  Shyam Tulsi has the ability to cure any type of fever:-

  whether it is viral fever or typhoid fever or cold fever, you can cure all these types of fever with the help of Shyam Tulsi. After breaking 15 to 20 leaves of Shyam Tulsi, grind those leaves and extract their juice. Then heat that juice and mix honey in it. If there is no honey, you can also use jaggery. Now if you give one spoon of this prepared mixture to the patient in the morning, afternoon and evening, then you can cure any kind of fever. This medicine works exactly like English medicine.
  White water problem:-
This problem is mostly found in women, our mothers and sisters are very troubled by this problem. We can eliminate this problem from the root by using Shyam Tulsi, for this we have to break 15 to 20 leaves of Shyam Tulsi and boil it in a glass of water and boil it till the water remains half. After that, adding jaggery or honey to this mixture, you can drink this decoction hot like tea. Mothers who have this problem for a long time, they have to use sugar candy with this decoction, so that their problem will end from the root.
  Menstrual period :-
In women, there is a problem of excessive bleeding during the menstrual period, you can take advantage of this problem by consuming the decoction of Shyam Tulsi mentioned above and eliminate this problem from the root.
Difficulty in urinating :- This problem is mostly found in the elderly. They do not urinate openly and also urinate drop by drop. Due to which they have a lot of problems, you can fix this problem by using a decoction of Shyam Tulsi.
  Worms problem in stomach:-
  This problem is mostly found in children. Many times worms get in the stomach of children, due to which they have a lot of trouble. No matter how much good food you feed them, but it does not have any effect on their body. Due to which the child starts becoming weak. If you see these types of symptoms, then to overcome this problem, use a decoction of black basil, which will eliminate the worms in the stomach of the children from the root.
Hair problem: -
  There are many types of problems in the hair of our head, such as itching and dandruff, to remove these, you have to apply the juice of basil leaves on your head in the evening and massage it well.
After half an hour you have to wash your head thoroughly. By using this method both your problems will be completely cured. Shyam Tulsi is a very useful and beneficial medicine, take advantage of it and tell others too.
