 आज हम बात करने जा रहे हैं पीले दांतों को कैसे मोतियों की तरह सफेद और चमकदार करें वो भी बिना किसी अंग्रेजी दवा या किसी भी टूथपेस्ट का उपयोग किए बिना। पीले दांताे को कहो वाए वाए।

 तो ऐसे में हमें क्या करना चाहिए रोज़ ब्रस करते हुए आपको सप्ताह में दो या 3 दिन अपनी उँगली से अपने मसूड़ों की मालिश करनी चाहिए इसके लिए आप किसी टूथ पाउडर का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। ऊँगली से मसूड़ों की मालिश करने से आपके मसूड़े मजबूत होंगे जिससे दांतों की मजबूती बढ़ेगी।
 पीले दांतों को चमकदार बनाए:-
इसके लिया आपको थोड़ी महनत करनी पड़ेगी अधिक नहीं सिर्फ थोड़ी सी।

आपको चाहिए आम के दो या तीन पत्ते अब इन पत्तों को आपको मुंह में अच्छे से चबाना ही इनको जब तक चबाना ही जब तक इनकी चटनी न बन जाय अब इस चटनी को आपको अपने दांतो पर उंगली से मलना है।

Massaging the gums with the finger will strengthen your gums, which will increase the strength of the teeth. Make yellow teeth shiny:- For this you will have to work a little hard, not much, just a little bit. You need two or three leaves of mango, now you have to chew these leaves well in your mouth until they become a paste. Now you have to rub this chutney on your teeth with your finger. You will see that your teeth will shine like pearls. You do not need to spend a single rupee for this.
